Founded by Ontario farmer and mental health educator Shawna Percy, Ag Care Connect was built to provide practical support for the realities of life in agriculture. The platform offers free tools, resources, articles, and conversations designed to help producers navigate pressure, relationships, mental wellbeing, difficult seasons, and the challenges that come with caring for others while carrying significant responsibility themselves.

Our approach is simple: practical, producer-informed, and accessible. No diagnosis. No judgment. Just real tools and real conversations that meet people where they are.
