I am a Facilitator, Author, Adventurer and Professional Coach who loves to explore the outdoors. I am also an ultra-hiker, triathlete and kitesurfer. I wrote a book about how to disrupt our routines with small and big adventures within limited timeframes and for a long-lasting impact.
