About OSGeo Belgium

OSGeo Belgium is the local chapter of the Open Source Geospatial Foundation (OSGeo), a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and supporting open source geospatial software.

We bring together professionals, enthusiasts, developers, and users of open geospatial solutions in Belgium. Through events like Foss4g, we foster knowledge sharing, project collaboration, and awareness around the use and development of open source geospatial tools.

All OSGeo-supported projects are open source and certified by the Open Source Initiative (OSI). Our mission is to build a free, sustainable, and inclusive geospatial ecosystem—by and for the community.
