Michelle Rae Sobi is an American yoga educator, mentor, artist, and author based in Illinois. She is the founder of Edge Yoga School & Arts. Her work integrates yoga teacher training, mentorship, trauma-informed education, Ayurveda-informed study, and visual storytelling, with an emphasis on interdisciplinary learning.
