Our mission is to support young adults to connect to nature, themselves and across generations.Our programmes aim to inspire and facilitate personal reflection, bring meaning and create change.We currently offer three types of programmes:Symbiosis:Our fully-funded 3 month co-mentoring programme is for passionate purpose driven people who are drawn to our values of active allyship, the wisdom of nature and intergenerational connections. Recent research shows that employees involved in mentoring programmes are 5 times more likely to be engaged at work (Gallup) and 87% of participants in intergenerational mentoring report improved collaboration and knowledge sharing (SHRM). We partner with Youth The Gap to bring this all togetherNurtured in Nature:An experiential self led learning workshop for young adults to help:nurture a part of yourself and your understanding of who you arenurture a seed of an idea that you have feel nurtured by the group whilst you explore your challengesGrowing Intergenerational Connections: A tailored learning and development programme for businesses/organisations/ higher education providers to bridge the gap between generations and build community cohesion by encouraging self exploration and shared understanding in an equitable space.Visit our website for more information
