The Mindful RD
Sarah is a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer with a focus in breathwork and somatic movement. As someone who has struggled with anxiety and chronic health issues for her whole life, she has found great benefit in these mindfulness modalities and loves teaching them to others. She has also seen firsthand how amazing community can be in healing from trauma and creating lasting bonds, and hopes to be able to create safe spaces where friendships blossom.
