Credentials

At my early 20s and 30s, you could find me studying all the time. I have completed a Masters Degree of Social & Cultural Sciences, a 4-year Integrative Psychotherapy study. Afterwards I specialized in Psychodrama, Dance & Movement Therapy, Creative Art methodologies, Family Constellations, Ritual Trance Dance & Laughter Yoga.

Work experience

I have worked mainly in the social, educational & cultural sector, with several target groups from all ages (pregnant & delinquent teenagers, young adults with cancer, adults in mental health, homeless elderly) through different cultures (Belgium, Greece, Australia & Latin-America), in several languages, in different roles (social assistant, psychotherapist, teacher, trainer, volunteer, coordinator, entrepreneur).

Extra-curriculum activities

Throughout my life, you can often find me participating in smaller trainings, workshops, retreats or volunteering projects related to creativity and self-development. I love to slow-travel following my intuition and explore what comes my way. I love to get inspired and learn new things, now for instance I am exploring the tango-world.
