Life can feel loud and demanding.  Uncertainty, long days, poor sleep, tension in the body, a busy mind.  And somehow, self-care gets postponed again.


These classes are a space to pause, reconnect, and reset - without forcing your body into shapes that don’t serve you.


If you’ve ever felt discomfort in yoga, or unsure about meditation benefits, this practice is for you.

Through my SHAPE Method, you’ll learn to practice with clarity, awareness, and intention - not on autopilot.


Each class follows a supportive structure:


𝐒 - 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 - set an intention for your practice

𝐇 - 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲 - a guided body scan to notice where you are today

𝐀 - 𝐀𝐢𝐦 - understanding the focus of the class and how it supports your long-term well-being

𝐏 - 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 - a thoughtfully designed yoga sequence, adaptable to your body

𝐄 - 𝐄𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - guided meditation and deep relaxation, noticing the shift from start to finish


You’ll learn why you do certain postures, how to adapt them, and - most importantly - how to truly hear your bodymind through movement, mindfulness, and meditation.
