Hi there!

Join us for the Free Yoga and Meditation Workshop every Thursday to shed all the stress you gathered over the week and start your weekend on a high-energy note!

We will start the session with simple yet profound stress-relieving exercises (including facial yoga, and desktop yoga) and complete it with breathwork followed by a guided meditation. No prior experience with meditation or yoga is required. Each session will be tailor-made to suit the requirement of the group.

We will also look into the tendencies of the mind and how to use our body, breath, and mind complex to mitigate the stress in an effective way.

It is a free or donation-based session as per your preference, you may save a spot for yourself.

A quiet comfortable space, with a blanket (or something light) to cover yourself, a water bottle, and a stable internet connection will go a long way to relax fully and also help you to take the maximum out of the 1.5 hrs you plan to spend to gain access to inner peace.

This workshop is also an introduction to the Meditation & Breath workshop (earlier known as Happiness Program) by the Art of Living foundation. The 3-day workshop (3 hrs on consecutive 3 days) equips one with the self-sustained practice to tap into the inner source of peace, love, and strength. Life is much simpler and much smoother with these handy techniques. The core of the program is the world's most popular rhythmic breathing technique: Sudarshan Kriya (SKY breathing technique).
