Critical raw materials PV and batteries: opportunities for the EU

Industrial and research partners from the RESiLEX consortium invite policymakers and stakeholders to a dedicated workshop focused on showcasing the project’s technological advancements and circular solutions for critical raw materials, photovoltaic (PV) panels, and batteries.

The workshop aims to foster a policy‑focused dialogue, providing a platform to exchange insights and discuss how innovative recovery, eco‑design, and recycling solutions developed within RESiLEX can contribute to European industrial strategy and strategic autonomy. Through panel discussions bringing together industry, research, and policy experts, the event will explore opportunities to strengthen EU sovereignty in critical raw materials and sustainable energy value chains.

The event will take place on 19 May 2026, from 9:00 to 14:00, at COMET Meetings Louise, Place Stéphanie 20, 1050 Brussels, Belgium, and will conclude with a networking lunch.
