During this presentation I will present my vision on leading teams and leadership. I will explain the leadership strategy that KPMG puts in order to realise the company's ambitious goals. Here, on the one hand I will explain the theoretical framework 'Everyone a leader', on the other hand I will use concrete examples to show how you can apply this framework in your own development and with your clients.
Rebecca Vercoutere is Senior Manager at KPMG Advisory and has about 15 years of experience in different sectors, first as an operational leader, then as a (communication) consultant within a policy cell of the federal government and now as a consultant, specialized in people and change, change and project management, coaching and leadership. In recent years, Rebecca guided several organizations through major change projects, always paying attention to the impact of the changes on the teams.
