Vlerick Alumni (Wo)men in Leadership and Women on Board team up and invite you to an inspiring evening where diversity is reframed as a vital form of leadership capital - a catalyst for innovation and growth in today’s complex business landscape. The event is designed to foster meaningful networking while offering participants a choice of engaging sessions, such as a speed date or a combination of both.
The evening will open with a keynote by Dean Marion of Vlerick Business School, focusing on personal branding. She will share insights on how to transform unique experiences and perspectives into strategic assets that drive both career advancement and boardroom success.
Following the keynote, an interactive panel discussion will take place, featuring industry leaders and moderated by Professor of Leadership, Katleen De Stobbeleir. The discussion will explore how diversity can be an asset and how boards and leaders can harness diversity to create measurable organisational impact.
After that, participants can take part in speed-networking sessions, connecting across generations, industries, and international backgrounds to exchange ideas, build relationships, and spark collaborations.
The evening will conclude with an informal networking reception, providing the perfect opportunity to continue conversations in a relaxed setting.
