Description

We’re in a climate emergency, can business impact the world we live in for the benefit of all?

This year at Viewpoint we will discuss what business can do to alleviate climate change? There is a crisis everywhere in political leadership, what sort of leadership do we need to get us out of this mess? If politics cannot solve the situation, can and should the business community take a much more active role than it takes today? What is People, Planet, Profit? Can we still do something? Do you feel concerned as a business leader?

INSEAD established the Hoffmann Global Institute in 2018 to deal with the issues of business and society, including climate change. If political leadership can’t solve the problems of the 21st century - and even our school children are striking - what can we do as business to impact the world we live in for the benefit of all?

To discuss these questions, join us on the 23rd of September for a lively debate with Chris Peeters, Group CEO Elia and Valerie Del Ré, Executive Director Greenpeace Belgium.
