Valuation workshop: know your number before you negotiate

In March, we’re hosting a hands-on valuation workshop for founders and management teams who want clarity on what their company is really worth and how to defend that value in real conversations with investors, banks or potential buyers.

We’ll explain the most used valuation methods and when each one makes sense, using practical examples instead of theory. A key focus is also the downside of a too-high valuation: it can backfire in negotiations, make future rounds harder, create earn-out tension, or weaken your credibility when the numbers don’t match the story.

You’ll leave with a clear valuation range, stronger talking points, and a more credible way to position your valuation at the table.
