About the speakers

Geert Scheipers, PhD has more than 25 years of experience in strategy, management control & performance management. His expertise is situated in the field of strategy & policy, organizational optimization, management control systems and processes, digital transformation, performance and risk management. Geert encourages executives and students to broaden their view on strategy and management, combining a practice in management consulting with an academic assignment.

Koen Marichal holds an MSc in Psychology and has a background in HRM. He also founded the Leadership Expertise Center at Antwerp Management School (AMS). As a teacher, advisor, and innovator, Koen is involved in executive programs and custom leadership solutions. Recognized with AMS's "Innovation Award," he has co-authored several leadership books and explores the dynamics between organizational levels. He also founded Casa 19, an initiative to inspire leaders and organizations in transition.
