Hi, I'm Stijn Verlinden — a dedicated yogi with over 20 years of practice. Over the past two years, I’ve deepened my journey with a 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training, 100 hours in Yin Yoga, and 100 hours of Detroit Flow. Now, I feel ready to share this beautiful practice with others.
I’m also a music lover at heart — from classical and underground disco to minimal techno — so you can expect an energizing flow set to a carefully curated soundtrack. Let’s move, breathe, and vibe together.
