I’m Jellis Vaes, founder of Inner Path Seekers and an aspiring clinical psychologist. After years of struggling with my own demons, I created this platform to provide mental health support for those who feel ready to embark on their own journey of healing.
One way we do this is through our online meetups, where a group of people come together to turn struggles into opportunities for learning, growth, and mutual support.
Life gives us countless challenges — and facing them alone can feel overwhelming. Many of us struggle to find the right resources or support, feel isolated or misunderstood, or deal with the weight of stigma and judgment. Even when we do find guidance, maintaining consistent self-care routines can feel like an uphill battle.
That is why we host these meetups — to create a space where we can face these challenges less alone.
Together with Angelica Galluzzo, a mental health advocate and host of The Revolutionized Mind podcast, we hold space during these meetups as fellow participants — not as experts. This isn’t a lecture, but a circle. We are here to share, to listen, to get vulnerable, and to remind each other that we don’t have to do this alone.
