In times of change and rising pace, we often find ourselves pulled in many directions — the mind scattered, the body unsettled, our inner balance quietly slipping away. When life feels fast or fluid, grounding becomes not only supportive, but essential.
This workshop offers an introduction to Qi Gong, a traditional Chinese practice that harmonizes movement, breath, and awareness. Through slow, intentional movements, we reconnect with our base - the Dantian, the energy center just below the navel - our inner anchor between earth and sky.
What to expect:
• Gentle, flowing movements to awaken bodily presence
• Conscious breathing to calm the mind and nourish the lungs
• Postural alignment to restore ease and steadiness
• Standing meditation to center yourself in the present moment

Led by Lamia Mechbal – therapist, anthropologist, and Qi Gong teacher. She guides individuals toward deeper embodiment, inner clarity, and intuitive vitality.
