Tea Time sessions are dedicated sharing open-source mediation tools. While many mediation tools exist, there isn't enough time to try them out. In this session, we invite you to play the game La Boîte Noire de l'AI“, created by the French cooperative Datactivist and the digital mediation network of Nantes Métropole (France)”. La Boîte Noire de l'AI” is an educational game that enables players to understand how a text-generating AI works, by resituating its life cycle from the extraction of minerals to the energy costs of data centers, and to debate the societal, environmental and ethical consequences of these AIs. Tea and cake will accompany the 2-hour session.
