When Alexandre invited me to create something in the context of Brussels Tea Festival, I immediately thought of a Chinese-style salon. So why not a one-day herbal drink pop-up, with nourishing, tasty, and healthy drinks?
It’ll be a rare opportunity for people in Brussels to discover Chinese flavours and stories.
Some already know me from Chinese Tea Gatherings in Brussels. This time, I’m expanding my offers, with ingredients from Chinese farmers who deeply care about the soil.
What I value and what I’d like to infuse into our drinks: Honesty, Love, Connection and Openness.
Menu ( subject to change )
- Aged Ginger Brown Sugar Infusion
- Osmanthus Flower Infusion
- Pine Needle & Plum Essence Infusion
- Solomon’s Seal Root Infusion
- Cantonese Sweet Soup with Silver Ear Mushroom
- Fermented Pu Er Tea with Aged Mandarin Peel
- Jasmine “White Peony” Tea (without jasmine flowers)
…and often surprise bonus drinks.
For experienced Chinese tea drinkers, let’s chat ! I’ve just received new teas and can’t wait to share them.
What excites me most is creating such a Chinese salon where guests can connect with me and with each other through Chinese drinks.
What participants have said about our past gatherings
• “A real revelation.”
• “A space of connection and gentle healing.”
• “An immersive experience beyond tea tasting.”
• “Enormous passion for her roots.”
