About this event
Tea ceremony is a space of deep presence. There’s nothing to do, no way you need to be. Just you, the tea, and quietude. An invitation to slow down and deepen into life.
Held in a beautiful, softly lit space - it's a place of refuge from the busy-ness of life.
A place to pause. To land. To soften. To feel. To be.
Maybe you’ve been feeling overstimulated, tired, or scattered. Maybe there’s been no space to really feel whats happening beneath. Or maybe you’re simply craving something deeper - something slower, something more felt. This is that space.
We sit with ambient sounds. We share tea, and simply be - alone and together. There’s something effortlessly powerful in this.
The tea served is shou pu’erh, sourced from ancient, often wild trees that have been tended with care for generations. The tea helps open the body, still the mind, and deepen presence.
You may leave feeling clearer, more grounded, gently reconnected with yourself and the world around you. Whether you come once or return often, you are welcome here - exactly as you are.
You'll recieve exact location details 24 hours before the ceremony starts (its close to Viktoriapark in Kreuzberg).
🕒 When: Wednesdays 10–11am // Saturdays 11-12pm

About Jordan (the tea man)
Jordan is a man of ceremony, presence, and service - devoted to the full spectrum of what it means to be human (yes, that includes having fun).
Tea came into his life during a time when he was seeking deeper connection with himself and to life, and it most certainly provided him with that.
For him, tea ceremony is a sacred space where we can come together without words, connect more deeply with ourselves, and remember what matters. A place to slow down, to feel, and to simply be.
It’s an honour for him to share this ancient, heart-opening practice with the people of Berlin.
What others are saying:
“It felt like going to church without knowing what to pray for, until you sit there…”
With every round of tea, another field opened. Another layer unfolded. Another door of the subconscious opened. I felt deeply nourished. Jordan served the tea with such clarity and presence. You can truly feel his devotion to tea.— Jessica
“I cried some tears because I got struck by beauty.”
This morning was so beautiful. Just… wow.— @jaqueline.louan
“So still, so meditative, so creative...”
Started my day with a soothing tea ceremony. It opened something in me I didn’t know I needed. Thank you.— @moodloops
“My most present, peaceful, and free day in Berlin, maybe in months.”I felt deeply moved by the ceremony. Something real opened in me.Thank you again. — David Kahn
“A deep ceremonial experience that grounded me back to the core of the earth…”
Felt like medicine for my trance-state-loving body. In the middle of Berlin. I totally recommend—go and drink it in.— @MaheRavi

Frequently asked questions
Not at all. Everyone is welcome - whether it’s your first ceremony or your hundredth. Just bring yourself as you are.
Yes. Apart from the soft music, the ceremony is held in silence. This allows a deeper presence to emerge, both within and between us. There's no need to speak. The tea does the talking.
We serve shou pu’erh, a fermented tea from ancient and often wild trees. It has a grounding, earthy quality that supports stillness, depth, and connection.
Yes - shou pu’erh does contain caffeine. But unlike coffee, it’s not jittery or sharp. The effect is soft, grounding, and gently stimulating. It supports a calm, alert state that helps you drop into presence and a meditative state.
Just wear something comfortable. Everything else - cushions, tea bowls, and warm tea - is provided.
To honour the integrity of the space, we ask that you arrive 5-minutes early. We encourage you to stay for the full duration but you are welcome to leave early if you wish. Doors close promptly at the scheduled time.
Tea ceremony is not tied to any religion. While it may feel spiritual or sacred, it’s not dogmatic - it's simply a space of stillness, presence, and connection.
That’s completely okay. Many people do at first. Part of the practice is gently meeting whatever arises, without pressure. You’ll be held in a supportive, welcoming space.
Ceremonies are kept small and intimate, with a maximum of 8 participants.
The tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another ceremony if we are given 24 hours notice.
