Our workshop is open to everyone—singles and couples alike. We believe in creating a balanced and inclusive environment where everyone can feel supported and connected, whether you're exploring Tantra on your own or with a partner.
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. You may also want to bring a yoga mat, a pillow or booster, a water bottle and snacks. We will provide you with an Orientation Booklet to prepare you for the workshop.
No, our Tantra Essence workshop does not involve any nudity. All practices are done while clothed. We focus on energy, presence, and connection, allowing you to explore Tantra in a safe and comfortable way.
No, food will not be provided, but there are plenty of lunch options nearby, or you are welcome to bring your own food to the venue. We will have breaks throughout the day where you can eat and recharge.
We recommend coming with an open mind and a willingness to explore. Set an intention for what you'd like to gain from the experience, whether it's deeper self-awareness, healing, or enhanced connection with others. Bring a sense of curiosity & allow yourself to be fully in the moment.
