A case study from Sahlgrenska University Hospital illustrates how embedding values in daily practices strengthens resilience, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The research emphasizes the distinction between supportive behaviors (long-term, inclusive, sustainable) and hindering behaviors (short-term, reactive, resistant), offering a framework for cultural development that enhances both employee well-being and organizational outcomes.
