Event Overview
Join us for a Sunday morning of meditation to cultivate emotional balance, compassion, and clarity. We’ll start with foundational techniques and gently introduce elements of Shingon-Buddhist practice, including simple visualizations and breathing techniques.
The session will be led by Shaku Jinsen, a fully ordained Shingon Buddhist priest who studied and practiced in Japan for ten years and now leads Yo e an, a center for Shingon Buddhism.
