SOMA FLOWA - Somatic movement workshop
A practical workshop to regulate the nervous system through movement, breath and fun.
SOMA FLOWA
A practical workshop to regulate the nervous system through movement, breath and fun.
A workshop for all, no previous movement or meditation experience required!
A playful way to regulate your nervous system with simple and accessible tools.
The way we breathe, move and hold our body tells a story of habits, rhythms, adaptations.
Sometimes these patterns become tight, repetitive, automatic. The body works harder than it needs to.
This workshop is an invitation to explore with curiosity and fun all the accessible tools that we integrate in our daily life to reconnect with our physical system to support our sense of presence and balance our automatic nervous system.
Soma Flowa is a 3 hour practical workshop open to all, where we explore how small changes in breath, movement and attention can create more ease, stability and clarity.
Inspired by Stefi’s Mindful Flow classes at Levana Yoga and grounded in somatic and authentic movement practices, it offers a simple and tangible approach to nervous system regulation.
What to expect
We will move through a series of guided explorations where perception and movement meet:
🪻 Breath as a guide Not something to control, but something to observe and gradually expand
🪻Slow, precise movement To reduce unnecessary effort, release tension and improve coordination
🪻Lymphatic system activation and fascia release To shift rhythm, mobilise energy and interrupt repetitive patterns
🪻Touch, voice and vibration Simple tools to influence the nervous system and create a sense of steadiness
🪻Moments of pause To let the body register, reorganise and integrate
The practice moves between activity and stillness, allowing space for change without forcing it.

About the facilitator
Stefania Occhionorelli is a yoga teacher and bodywork practitioner whose work explores the relationship between movement, perception and the nervous system.
Her approach is informed by years of research in somatic movement, authentic movement and body-based practices developed between Europe , Thailand and Japan. She combines yoga, breathwork, touch and fascial awareness to help people release unnecessary tension, improve coordination and move with more efficiency and ease.
Alongside her teaching, Stefania works as a therapist in Chi Nei Tsang, Karsai and Somatic Fascia Therapy, supporting the body through hands-on work and guided awareness. Her work focuses on creating practical, accessible experiences where the body can reorganise, rather than be corrected.
