Releasing neck, shoulder &amp; upper back tension through the heartIn this nurturing and restorative class, we explore the connection between chronic tension in the neck, shoulders, and upper back and the heart space. These areas often carry not only physical stress from daily life but also emotional weight - responsibility, unexpressed feelings, and the habit to “holding it all together.”Through gentle somatic movement and stretches, guided awareness, breathwork, and short visualization, participants are invited to soften physical tension, release stored stress, and reconnect with a sense of ease and openness. The class is slow, grounding, and accessible to all levels, offering a safe space to unwind both body and mind.Perfect for anyone feeling tight, overextended, or in need of deep nourishment, this class supports relaxation, emotional balance, and a more spacious relationship with the heart.
