After a successful debut 2023 season, Side Splitters Comedy Club is delighted to welcome globetrotting comedian Joel Bryant, who is bringing his “Bad Decisions” tour to Antwerp.
Taking place at Theater Het Klokhuis (Parochiaanstraat 4, 2000 Antwerpen), we’ll bring you one hour of stellar comedy from one of the best in the business.
Joel Bryant is a Los Angeles-based comedian who first stepped onstage at 17 years old in his hometown of Albuquerque, New Mexico and has been a comedy vagabond ever since, touring around the country and throughout Europe (headlining such places as Paris, Barcelona, Vienna, Lisbon, Budapest and Berlin).
He’s shared the stage with such names as Bill Burr, Jim Jeffries, Leslie Jones, Anthony Jeselnik, Iliza Schlesinger and many more. He's also a recognizable actor from many TV, film and commercial spots ("Monk," "The Heartbreak Kid," “LA Macabre," “Criminal Minds,” among others).
He’s emceed for the NFL for the last 8 Super Bowls, hosts a huge variety of charity and corporate events and has played extensively in the Middle East for the troops. You will always find him, luggage nearby, making them laugh from the darkest wine cellars of Paris to the swankiest corporate events in Singapore to the sketchiest bars in Berlin to the classic clubs like The Comedy Store, The Improv, The Laugh Factory, The StandNY and Gotham.
On his current tour, he’s adding more audience interaction, delving into their “Bad Decisions” as well as his own and is currently filming content for the docu-series “Jokes Abroad.” His translatable style, audience interaction and off-the-cuff energy make him a go-to on stages from big theaters to churches and backyards. You never know where he’s going next…and he rarely does either!
