SIAM: Turning Challenges into Results in a Collaborative Workshop

This interactive workshop brings the principles of service integration and management to life through hands-on, real-world problem solving. Going beyond the theory, attendees are invited to bring their challenges to the session. By working through scenarios together, attendees will gain practical insights into how SIAM principles and practices can be applied to achieve smoother collaboration, stronger governance, and better outcomes.

Through facilitated group exercises and guided discussions, participants will co-create solutions that reflect the shared knowledge and experience in the room. This workshop is designed to be highly participative, ensuring that everyone leaves not only with a deeper understanding of SIAM practices but also with actionable approaches they can take back to their own organisations.

Claire Agutter is passionate about how technology can improve business outcomes, efficiency and effectiveness. With over 20 years of experience as a service management consultant, trainer, speaker, and author, she is the founder of Scopism, specializing in publications, events, and consultancy for Service Integration and Management (SIAM). Claire led the volunteer team that developed the SIAM Bodies of Knowledge and established the thriving online SIAM community. Recognized as a thought leader, she has been named one of Computer Weekly’s most influential women in UK tech annually since 2018. In 2024, she was honored as an HDI Top 25 Thought Leader and shortlisted for Computing’s Women in Tech Excellence Founder/Entrepreneur award.
