Dive into coding with She Loves To Code: Shell edition 💻

Curious about coding but not sure where to start? Join us in SLTC, a free beginner-friendly workshop designed for women+ who want to explore tech in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Organised by 42 Belgium, this workshop series creates a space where women+ can learn, experiment, and connect with others who are curious about technology.

Each edition focuses on a different area of programming and combines hands-on learning with inspiration and community.


This time on May 12: Introduction to Shell 🖥️

In this workshop, we’ll explore Shell, the interface that allows you to interact directly with your computer through commands.

You’ll learn the basics of navigating your system, running commands, and understanding how developers work with the terminal in their everyday workflow. No prior coding experience is required, this session is designed especially for beginners.

She Loves To Code is also about building community and creating visibility in tech.


Each workshop is followed by:

🎤 Tech talks by women in tech, sharing their career journeys and experiences

🤝 Get to know other women+ interested in technology

It’s a space to learn, ask questions, meet new people, and discover what a future in tech could look like.
