Guided deep breathing exercises to enhance presence and relaxation. Connect to your skin, perceptions, memories and any other emotions present.
Shamanic Drum Journey
A rhythmic sound journey inducing extended state of consciousness for body, mind and soul connection.
Let's experience drum vibrations and inner rythme. Just let it be and receive how does that feel to be. Enjoy the pleasure of receiving and nurturing your soul. Connect towards ancestors, totemic animal or childhood memories. Who knows to which part of yourself you might reconnect over lunch.
Integration
Returning to awareness, sharing experiences, and offering gratitude energetically.
Grounding
Gentle reintegration, grounding exercises, and circle closure.

Our circle is a safe space to explore the rhythms of the shamanic experience and connect with your body, intuition, emotions, breath.
Material to bring with you: smartphone and/or computer with charger (cable), yoga mat and/or chair, water, comfortable clothes, a pen and a journal, a plaid,your drum and/or rattle and offering (optional).
