About the SESI Project: SESI – Social Entrepreneurship for Social Inclusion is a two‑year Erasmus+ project (2023–2025) coordinated by YouthProAktiv with partners from Spain, Poland, and Romania. Since September 2024, the project has explored how youth‑led social entrepreneurship can empower young people with fewer opportunities, strengthen inclusion, and foster dialogue between grassroots initiatives and EU‑level policy.
