Competition Summary:
The championship is comprised in 3 days and will have these components.
Day 1 - Friday 05 Dec : Pre-Roasting – lab practice, green evaluation, sample roasting, open cupping, and roast plan
Day 2 - Saturday 06 Dec: Production Roasting
Day 3 - Sunday 07 Dec: Production Roast Evaluation

Exclusivity:
A booth will be made available to each participant to showcase their products to the public on Saturday and Sunday.
