This isn’t a race.
No podium. No stopwatch stress. Just 10K together, good people, and a reason to stick around afterwards.
For the first ROAR RUN, we start and finish at ROAR and run in two pace groups: 6:00 min/km or 7:00 min/km.
Then we come back, refuel and stay a while.
Because the run gets you through the door.
The people are the point.
WHAT HAPPENS?
ARRIVE
Meet at ROAR from 09:30. We’ll have a short briefing, split into two pace groups and introduce your pacers.
RUN
10K together. Choose your pace: 6:00 or 7:00 min/km.
No racing. Nobody gets left to chase a PB alone.
COME BACK
We finish where we started: at ROAR.
REFUEL
Coffee, something good from Bakery Norman, plus Belgian Balance and SuperWet.
REMAKE
Bring an old running shirt with you. After the run, you can give it another life with a ROAR / Get Up Run Club print.
STAY
Music. Coffee. Conversation. Meet someone you didn’t know before the run.
