About this event

Lying comfortably on a mattress to be taken away by sounds, intuitively made, on a journey into yourself.

Before the sound journey, I will guide you to connect with the breath and body to prepare you to sink into a deeper state of relaxation and connection of your nervous system.

We take sufficient time, from arrival diving into the journey and landing back on our feet we have 3h, to let happen what wants to happen.

Afterwards you will feel relaxed, refreshed and maybe more free.

The evening starts at 19:00 until 22:00.

Bring a: mattress, blanket and pillow to you own need of comfort.

Water and tea will be provided.

Entrancefee can also be payed cash at arrival.
