WHAT IS RADICAL COLLABORATION
Radical Collaboration is both a mindset and methodology designed to help people work and live together more effectively.
In every organization, team or relationship there are collaboration challenges. Sometimes they are openly visible as conflict and tension but often they are hidden under a seemingly calm surface, where unresolved issues grow in silence. Defensive behavior, whether it’s avoiding problems, denying there’s an issue or lashing out, is often the basis of these challenges. While this is a natural form of self-protection, it will have a negative impact communication, teamwork and trust.
By learning to spot defensiveness, understand its triggers and respond constructively, Radical Collaboration empowers you to create a more resilient and open culture, where people feel safe to address challenges.
Radical Collaboration® was conceptualized by Jim Tamm, take a look at this video where he explains the basics of the concept!

Frequently asked questions
Radical Collaboration aims to change behavior, not just share theory. The 3-day format gives you time to enough to absorb the concepts and practice them in a safe environment. Shortening it would drastically reduce the impact, as real change requires both understanding and practical application.
Not much preparation is needed. Just come with an open mind, clear your schedule to stay fully present, and it may help to reflect on a relationship you’d like to improve or an upcoming negotiation you’re involved in.
