Qianhai (Shenzhen) - Denmark Economic and Trade Cooperation Dialogue

Qianhai, located in Shenzhen directly across from Hong Kong, has become one of the most dynamic engines of growth in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area. Home to around 90,000 registered enterprises and more than 1,300 entrepreneurial teams, Qianhai has become a vibrant hub of technological innovation and cross-border entrepreneurship, with strong activity in artificial intelligence, green technologies, and advanced digital services. To date, it has attracted more than USD 40 billion in foreign investment.

This event will highlight Qianhai’s remarkable rise, unveil the driving forces behind its success, and provide a unique platform to explore new avenues for cooperation between Shenzhen and Belgium in high-value sectors including digital innovation, urban sustainability, green finance, and emerging health technologies.
