In our full-day public speaking course, storyteller, consultant and trainer David Labi will teach you how to prepare your remarks and deliver them confidently no matter what the setting.

Practical details
📍 Where: Rue de Stassart 117, 1050 Brussels. Our beautiful offices are located in Place Stéphanie, a short walk from Porte de Namur.
🕘 When: 15 October, 9:30 am – 5.30 pm (8 hours, including a 1-hour lunch break)
👥 Group size: To give everyone enough time to express themselves, the group will be limited to 10 people.
☕ Included: We’ll provide refreshments and snacks throughout the day, but lunch is not included. However, there are plenty of places to eat near our training facilities.

Agenda
1. Preparing your remarks
You'll start by identifying your audience and where you want to take them. From there, you'll learn how to be clear about the key points you want to make and to tailor your remarks to fit your audience.
2. Working your audience
You'll learn how to grab your audience's attention and hold it throughout your talk. You'll also pick up tricks for bonding with a room, showing empathy and motivating listeners with examples and anecdotes.
3. Projecting yourself
You'll build confident body language and stage presence, working on speech rhythm, breathing and tone of voice. You'll practise owning the stage by moving with purpose and speaking both with and without notes.
