About this event

Welcome to our PECS* (Ports Energy and Carbon Savings) Final Conference! We are proud to present you with our project results, share the lessons we have learned during the project and look together with you towards a sustainable and energy efficient future for our ports and marina's.

  • Welcome words and introduction to this final conference online event
  • Project realisations and results: first look at our compilated results video, results from our survey, etc.
  • Panel discussion with project partner representatives about the lessons learned during the course of the project, collaboration between partners and member states, main take-aways, etc.
  • The future of sustainable ports: with as guest speaker Mr. Valter Selen, Sustainable Development and Ecoports Coördinator at ESPO, to talk about the future challenges for the European ports within scope of the future Green Deal.
  • Q&A and closing remarks
