Our Innovation Enablement team will review every application. You'll hear back one week before the session—approved or not. So, go ahead and block the date and timeslot in your agenda.

🎤 The Pitching Session

• Session Format: 7-minute pitch + 3-minute Q&A per company
• The Focus: Show us how your expertise solves actual port challenges. We want concrete use cases, not generic product decks.
• Q&A: Time for deep dives and real conversation after each pitch
• Who's Watching: Our innovation crew, domain experts, and key stakeholders from Port of Antwerp-Bruges
• The Vibe: Casual and collaborative—we're here to connect and learn from each other.

🚲 BIKE: secure your bike on the Sint-Paulusplaats near the building

🚗 CAR: parking Rijnkaai - 12-minute walk / parking Grote Markt - 10-minute walk

Take note of the fact that The Beacon is located in the LEZ zone and that the rules regarding public parking have been made stricter.
