Pay Transparency: Closing the Gender Gap
By Rise&Lead Women and The Nine
Join us on 4 March 2026 for an evening event dedicated to discussing pay equity and the changes the EU Pay Transparency Directive will trigger for organisations and their people.
An expert panel featuring former MEP Samira Rafaela (currently with PwC), Ebere Akadiri (Founder of Rise & Lead Women), and EU institutional representatives—moderated by Anna Koj (Mavence Belgium)—will translate the Directive into practical steps for employers.
The discussion will explore how recruitment, salary setting, promotion, and retention practices will need to evolve, and what this means for your leadership agenda, risk management, and employer brand.
Participants will walk away with a clear view of:
- What organisations will be required to do differently, from publishing pay ranges and reporting gender pay gaps to monitoring outcomes and acting on findings.
- New individual rights, including access to information on pay levels, protection against pay discrimination, and strengthened remedies when gaps cannot be objectively justified.
- How leaders can move beyond minimum compliance to use pay equity as a driver of trust, engagement, and competitive advantage in the EU Bubble.
