In this dynamic and interactive training course you will learn about optimal sleep and energy during the day. You will be given a wide range of tools and tips that are immediately applicable and reach a lot further than the classic to-do lists. Emphasis is placed on what one can do during the day to ensure a good night's sleep and a positive mindset.
