Guided by pasta-maker Andrea and chef Luciano, you’ll master the art of rolling and shaping distinctive regional pasta, while discovering the cultural stories behind each one. After class, sit down to enjoy your freshly made pasta with a delicious sauce!

- Class is taught in English but teachers speak also Italian, Portoguese and French.
