Travel to Southern Italy and the Italian islands through this hands-on pasta-making experience! Learn to shape malloreddus, busiate, and orecchiette—all made by hand with semola flour and water, just as they have been for generations.
Guided by pasta-maker Andrea and chef Luciano, you’ll master the art of rolling and shaping distinctive regional pasta, while discovering the cultural stories behind each one. Take a break during the class to enjoy an aperitif and after the class, sit down to enjoy your freshly made pasta with a delicious sauce!
What's included:
- The class lasts about 3-4 hours and includes instruction, pasta-making, and dining.
- Water and 1 drink of choice (beer, glass of wine, or soft) are included.
- Aperitif consisting of italian cheeses and hams.
- Additional drinks can be ordered at the bar during the workshop.
Homamade tiramisù must be pre-ordered at check-out.

- Skill Level: Perfect for beginners!
- Minimum 6 participants required—if not met, the class will be canceled.
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a refund.
- Class is taught in English but teachers speak also Italian, Portoguese and French.
