One and Two Light Portraits - LIVE with Elinchrom

Join Vetala and Galvin for a demonstration on the versitility of the new line of battery powered Elinchrom mono lights. They will do this by showing some simple one and then two light portrait setups. Using simple modifiers and moving up to some more dynamic tools they will show how the Elinchorm lights can be very adaptable to many different photographic scenarios. Bring your camera and some questions and let's have a collaborative learning session!

Galvin Collins (he/him) entered the business of image creation almost 20 years ago after completing film school. As is often the case, upon completing higher education, he discovered that he was right back in school learning the practical applications of all he had learned. Galvin spent the next 15 years as a freelancer, learning and working on all manner of projects. These varied from stop motion feature films (Set Photographer/ BTS Documentarian), commercial video production (mostly as a 1st AC), feature films (1st AC), and commercial photography (Lead Photo Assistant). This wide variety of experience is often drawn upon in his current role as Regional Business Manager for the Mac Group, where he represents Elinchrom and 20 other exciting photographic brands. Demonstrating creative lighting and working with visual storytellers is the highlight of his work and he looks forward to working with all the attendees!

Vetala Hawkins (he/him), a seasoned photographer with over 2 decades of experience, specializes in creating unique portraiture.
