About this event

Organizations are increasingly using the knowledge of MSP service providers to manage staffing suppliers, optimize hiring processes and implement VMS tooling. This trend is also breaking in Belgium.

In an ideal world, MSPs and suppliers work together in an optimal way in the battle for scarce talent for their customers.

Join NextConomy in this Meetup between MSPs and staffing vendors to find the answers to questions such as:

  • MSP - what's in a name?
  • Why do clients outsource the management of their hiring to an MSP?
  • What does an MSP do and doesn't do?
  • Who pays what? Impact on rates and costs?
  • What does an optimal collaboration look like?
  • Are there best practices? Where and why does tension arise in the collaboration?
  • ...

Doors open at 1 pm

Marleen Deleu from NextConomy will welcome you with a short kickoff at 1.30 pm

We then start the plenary workshops provided by MSP service providers. Each workshop ends with an extensive Q&A round.

  • 1.45 - 2.15 pm: Michal Czernek, Business Development Director CEE at CXC Global on MSP pricing, touching on supplier-funded models and challenges faced by suppliers on these models
  • 2.20 - 2.50 pm: Marleen Houbart, Sales & Partner Relationship Management at Solvus on how to thrive with MSPs: Best practices for suppliers
  • 3.10- 3.40 pm: join Maurice Roy, Sales Director Enterprise Solutions, and Andy Immers, MSP program manager, both of Hays in an interactive session on what’s in it for you as a supplier and how you can benefit from MSP. Followed by a Q&A on Kahoot
  • 3.45 - 4.15 pm: Ellen Saeys & Sophie van Coppenolle, TAPFIN - ManpowerGroup Solutions on the delivery model through an MSP - Impact, Best practices & Insights
  • 4.20 - 4.45 pm: Final Q&A

From 5 to 6 pm we offer the opportunity for MSP providers and staffing companies to meet 1-2-1 through a speed-meeting round. Staffing companies will be able to schedule up to four (4) 10-minute-time slots with their preferred contact(s). Practical information will be sent out later after registration.

We close the Meetup with a networking reception from 6 to 7 pm to discuss the experience and findings over a glass of bubbles.

Doors open at 1pm, maximum two tickets per guest organization.
