About this event
Join us for the first part of this body-awareness and drawing series of workshops.
In this three-module interactive journey, blending embodiment and art, you’re invited to reconnect with your true, powerful, and feminine body.
Together, we’ll explore new and intuitive ways of creative expression, accessible to everyone, yet often waiting to be uncovered through presence, play, practice, and the release of what’s within. All sessions are available online.
In this last module, we move from awareness and vulnerability into embodied confidence.
Here, your body leads the way. You’ll be guided into your own free, primal movement practice, trusting the instincts and rhythms that arise. From that state, you’ll channel your sensations into creative expression, making art that is entirely your own.
This is where your journey comes full circle: seeing yourself, expressing yourself, and owning your place as both the art and the artist.
No previous embodiment or drawing experience needed; the focus of this class is on exploring your inner experience with your body and expressing it visually, not on achieving perfect artistic results.
Frequently asked questions
Absolutely. This space is for anyone who feels called to reconnect, with themselves, their body, or their creative voice. It’s especially attuned to those navigating life in a female body or exploring a feminine path.
Not at all. No background in art, movement, or any “practice” is needed. You don’t need to be flexible, skilled, or spiritually fluent. Just bring your honest presence. This experience is about process, not performance.
This journey is an invitation to slow down and listen inward, process what's been unspoken, play and experiment without judgment, reconnect with your creative instincts and emotional body.
You'll receive a simple list of suggested materials in advance. Most will be things you already have at home (paper, pens, perhaps a quiet corner). You don’t need a studio or silence, just a space where you feel safe to be yourself for a little while.
You're welcome to take what calls you. Each module is designed to stand on its own, no pressure to complete the full series. Pick the fragment that speaks to you.
Yes. Especially then. This experience doesn’t require you to “be in touch” with your feelings—it simply invites you to show up as you are. Even a small flicker of curiosity is enough to begin.
