About this event

The Meaning art workshop, designed by art therapy coach Júlia Simkovits, invites participants to explore ceramics, painting, movement, and singing in a three-hour creative session inspired by a central theme.

Júlia firmly believes that sensitivity to the arts is inherent in all of us. The Meaning art workshop is an excellent way to get in touch with our emotions, deepen our self-awareness, or simply step out of our everyday routine.

Self-actualization, which stands at the top of Maslow's hierarchy of needs, is an essential part of a fulfilling life. Through her Meaning Art Workshops, Júlia helps participants connect with their own creativity in a calm and supportive environment. The group sessions (maximum of 10 people per group) are primarily conducted in English, but are also available in French, Dutch, or Hungarian.

The workshops are open to people aged 10 to 99.
