Container release has traditionally relied on PIN codes and manual coordination between multiple stakeholders. In Port of Antwerp-Bruges, a Port Police Decree now legally mandates a shift to Identity-based Pick-Up — replacing PIN codes with a secure, digital alternative. SCR is the platform enabling this transition, ensuring that only authorized parties can retrieve containers while increasing transparency and efficiency across the entire chain.
