About this event
After the successful two editions of Feel Relieved and Fit classes, I would like to announce the new dates for the upcoming edition in 2023.
The entire program of four classes is suitable for everyone who suffers from lower back problems or is keen to build a strong and flexible body. A range of health classes is suitable for varying levels of ability and age.
I prepared a 4 classes programme divided into 1-hour-long sessions. Each class comes with a recording of the post-exercises shared exclusively only with the class attendees to help out with healthy body maintenance in between my professional sessions.

📆Classes 1 Saturday 4 March at 9 am
The most common types of lower back problems and mobility exercises for the pelvis

Going deeper into the anatomy and the active stretching training

Reasons for the lower back pain and strengthening exercises for a healthy lower back

Mobilisation, stretching and strengthening exercises

There is a limit of 7 places to book for each class. I will provide you with:

🧘Every attendee will have an access to home exercise videos that will help to stay in a good form for the entire Lower Back programme. I strongly recommend taking part in the full four classes programme to maximise the expected results.
