In Webinar 1 we gave a brief introduction about LeanIPD (high level) and explained the differences between “Lump Sum” and/or “Time / Material” driven projects. Further on, we explained what a consultant should provide and deliver to the project owner.
In this webinar we will make a deep dive into:
- the budget-construction (design cost / savings / contingency / profit-at-risk / bonus) in a visual manner
- Determination of contingency
- the Profit-at-Risk versus the reward bonuses
- Engineering/scope changes
We will “play” with a simulation file that makes you “see and feel” why LIPD is the new way to go in project management for bigger and/or complicated projects.
We will also show some follow-up “tools & administration” developed and used during a real project.
Just like webinar 1, we will have a live testimonial on these topics from a project owner (=client) and how our consultant helped or led the LIPD-team in these different topics.

Biography
Kris Van Nieuwenhove was always active in OpEx roles in companies like Pfizer, Mondi, Catalent, Aleris, ... Since then Kris has helped clients like GSK, Imerys, Janssen Pharmaceutica, Aji Bio-Pharma services, Elaut, Metaco, Barco, Procter & Gamble… with optimizing their operational flow. Since 2015 Kris joined our Pauwels Consulting Family.
